Elizabeth Gregory Honored as 2020 United Way of Northest Missouri Board President

PlaqueElizabeth Gregory, 2020 United Way of Northeast Missouri (UWNEMO) President was honored at the March 9, 2021 Board of Directors meeting with the presentation of a plaque recognizing her leadership as Board President during 2020.

"Elizabeth was an outstanding leader to work with during the 2020 pandemic year," said Bill Castles, UWNEMO executive director.  "During her tenure we completely changed and upgraded our organization's website, conducted our first Virtual Fundraising Event with our Virtual Talent Show to kickoff the fall drive, built a Power Point show to take to community groups, and wrote direct appeal letters to donors in our 2020 Campaign brochure.  She also worked at our 2020 Golf Tournament which set a new record for fundraising for our United Way."  Castles added.

Elizabeth remains a member of the UWNEMO Board of Trustees serving as Past President.  She is Director of Institutional Development and Alumni Services at Moberly Area Community College.  She resides in LaPlata, MO with her her husband, Dell.
